Hi, I’m Nikki Plourde

 

I've been a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner since 2015. I came from the ICU where procedures were my favorite part of the job. Upon transitioning to Family Medicine, I missed that part of my career. In comes aesthetics! My passion for procedures, helping people AND medicine all in one place. My life was complete.

So why weight loss? In 2021 when Wegovy got approved for weight loss, I immediately wanted to bring it into our aesthetics business. After all, from Family Medicine, I knew of the clinical research and saw how Ozempic was changing people's lives. So I did just that! Other aesthetics providers wanted to know how to safely prescribe it so I started teaching it. Over 400 groups later, we have a wonderful community of safe prescribers which is so important to me!

Hi I’m Lexi!

I’ve been part of aestetic medicine for the last 6 years and have co owned a Med spa with my sister for the last two years. My background is in plastics and I have a love for nutrition because I am a total foodie!

I wanted to create a good relationship with food and my overall health which has encouraged me to formally educate others on this. My goal is to help those who struggle with nutrition and feel confident in their beautiful bodies!
